Google is hiring people for a number of roles in its Photos app.
The company is looking for people who can “work directly with the photographer, add value to the photo, and make the photo even better for users,” the company said in a job posting.
The position has a three-month offer and Google has a deadline of Jan. 31.
The posting also says the job candidate must have experience with photo editing and use of Android’s built-in photo-editing software.
Google’s hiring practices have gotten a lot of scrutiny lately, as the company has been accused of suppressing and censoring images posted to the service.
The search giant has also faced criticism from a group of Google engineers who say that it systematically suppressed images and other content, including copyrighted content, by blocking certain search results and blocking user searches that included the images.
